Wild Rose Kiwanis is happy to announce a new project for the 2025-2026 school year, School House Threads, sponsored by our club and WRES Principal Matt Wilbert. It will address the need for an occasional change of clothing for students. We will offer new socks and underwear, and new or like new t-shirts, sweats pants and shirts, and pants in children’s sizes. Donation bins and jars will be available at several local businesses, including Kristin’s Kitchen Bakery, Wild Rose Patterson Memorial Library, Leon/Saxeville Library and more.
We are ready to do our part for the Wild Rose Cookie Walk! Bring your tins to the Lions Building - the WR Lions and TCWR Volunteers are also here with cookies! ... See MoreSee Less
This is the event that kicks off the holiday season for many of us. Thanks to all who came to our Christmas Breakfast and mystery auction! We had special guests from Berlin, Wautoma and Oshkosh Kiwanis Clubs, plus a visit from former member Joan Laabs. Vicki P. Jenks played and sang for us, including an original Christmas song commissioned by the late Ev Eckstein for his wife Carol, who was present. And we all sang Happy Birthday to Julie Friedl!
